1. Who We Are

ColorJoy is a digital coloring application operated by DDX.

By downloading, accessing, or using ColorJoy, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. The Service

ColorJoy provides digital coloring, artwork browsing, coloring progress, history, hints, saved artwork export, subscriptions, ads, rewarded ads, support, and related app features.

Some features may require internet access, a guest session, app configuration, third-party services, an app store account, or an active subscription.

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the app when needed for product changes, maintenance, security, legal compliance, store requirements, or operational reasons.

3. Guest Sessions and App Data

ColorJoy may use a guest session or app-generated identifier to provide core features such as loading content, syncing progress, restoring unfinished artwork, checking subscription entitlement, and enforcing ad eligibility rules.

You are responsible for maintaining access to your device and app store account. If you delete the app, clear app data, change devices, or lose access to platform account records, some local progress or recovery information may no longer be available.

4. Subscriptions and In-App Purchases

ColorJoy may offer in-app purchases or auto-renewable subscriptions, including ColorJoy Plus.

When you make a purchase:

• The purchase is processed by Apple App Store, Google Play, or the relevant app store payment system.
• The price, billing period, trial eligibility, renewal terms, tax treatment, cancellation flow, and refund handling are controlled by the applicable app store and its terms.
• ColorJoy may verify purchase status with the relevant store and backend before granting or continuing access to paid benefits.
• Paid benefits may require a successful verification result and an active entitlement.

Subscriptions may renew automatically unless canceled through your app store account settings before the renewal deadline set by the applicable store. Deleting ColorJoy does not cancel a subscription.

You can use the Restore Purchase feature to ask the app store and our backend to restore eligible entitlements. Restore availability depends on the store account, product status, purchase history, backend verification, and applicable platform rules.

Refund requests, chargebacks, billing disputes, and cancellation controls are handled through Apple App Store, Google Play, or the applicable store provider unless applicable law requires otherwise.

5. ColorJoy Plus

ColorJoy Plus may unlock additional app benefits, such as expanded access, premium features, or removal of eligible passive ads, depending on the current product configuration.

The exact benefits, pricing, product IDs, billing period, and availability may vary by store, country, device, app version, and backend configuration. If a store product is unavailable, purchase and restore features may not work until the store or backend configuration is corrected.

Rewarded ads may still be offered as optional reward flows if the app configuration allows them, even where passive ads are removed for eligible Plus users.

6. Ads and Rewarded Ads

ColorJoy may show ads, including App Open ads, banners, interstitial ads, and rewarded ads. Ads may be provided by Google AdMob or other advertising providers.

Ads are subject to ad provider availability, network conditions, store rules, app configuration, user eligibility, frequency limits, cooldowns, and technical compatibility.

Rewarded ads are optional. If you choose to watch a rewarded ad, the reward is granted only if the ad provider and ColorJoy confirm that the reward conditions were met. No reward is guaranteed if an ad is unavailable, fails to load, is closed early, is canceled, errors, or cannot be verified.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use ColorJoy for unlawful, harmful, abusive, fraudulent, or infringing activity.
• Interfere with, disrupt, overload, reverse engineer, tamper with, or bypass app, backend, purchase, ad, reward, or security systems.
• Attempt to fake purchases, subscriptions, rewarded ad completion, progress, entitlement, device identity, or backend responses.
• Use automated scripts, bots, scraping, or unauthorized tools to access or manipulate the service.
• Upload, transmit, or send feedback content that is unlawful, abusive, infringing, deceptive, malicious, or harmful.

We may limit, suspend, or deny access to features where we reasonably believe misuse, fraud, security risk, legal risk, or policy violation has occurred.

8. Artwork and Content

ColorJoy and its licensors retain rights in the app, software, interface, artwork resources, icons, designs, text, branding, and other content provided through the service.

You may use the app and generated coloring outputs for personal, non-commercial purposes unless we provide separate written permission or the app explicitly allows another use. You are responsible for how you save, share, or use exported artwork.

Do not remove proprietary notices, copy the app's protected assets outside permitted app use, or use ColorJoy branding in a way that suggests endorsement or affiliation without permission.

9. Third-Party Services

ColorJoy may depend on third-party services and platform features, including Apple App Store, Google Play, Google AdMob, cloud hosting, content delivery, device operating systems, email apps, and photo or media libraries.

Third-party services are governed by their own terms, policies, and technical requirements. We are not responsible for third-party service outages, account restrictions, billing decisions, ad availability, store decisions, platform policy changes, or external terms.

11. Disclaimers

ColorJoy is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, always available, compatible with every device, or free from data loss.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranties arising from course of dealing or usage of trade.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DDX and ColorJoy will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, lost progress, device issues, service interruptions, ad unavailability, purchase verification delays, or third-party platform actions.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect product changes, operational needs, legal requirements, or platform policy requirements. When we update them, we will revise the "Last updated" date and make the updated Terms available through the app, website, or another appropriate channel.

Your continued use of ColorJoy after the updated Terms become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
